• With your purchased we will: Pull the required AC Permits
• Remove your old split system including indoor and outdoor unit
• Install a new out of a package AC system.
• All code requirements are included: Hurricane Straps, Concrete pad and CU elevation where applies, Al safety devises are included as per code (Float Switches, Wet switches, etc).
• Close Permit.
• Process you 10 years warranty (manufacture's warranty), also called "Part's Warranty".
• New Digital Thermostat.

Brand Name: Ruud or Rheem with minimum seer rating approved on SEER 2 line.

Note: Unit's are generally bigger now, in rare cases the new AC does not fit where the old-one was, in those cases a relocation fee of Nine Hundred Dollars may apply (additional to your purchase).
